Profill Systems head office is situated in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. All manufacturing of filling machines and filling related equipment is completed in our workshop in Umbilo. In addition to this, Profill is represented in Gauteng, the Eastern Cape and Western Cape. These branches maintain sales and services in their respective provinces and surrounding provinces.

Instead of striving to become the biggest player in the industry, Profill is rather concerned in providing solutions which represent quality manufacture, and the highest quality products available on the market to date. Profill therefore maintains a “Service First” policy and has achieved this reputation due to very strong commitment from the management, and equally importantly the staff, who strive for quality and service excellence.

Profill currently has 7 trained permanent technicians who have a combined experience of more than 90 years in the industry. Six of these technicians are verification officers who verify scales and approve them for trade use. SABS 0259 and SANAS laboratory accredited technicians also cater for all Bizerba weighing equipment systems, Profill and Progas service needs throughout sub-Saharan Africa.

Profill’s outstanding service is evident throughout the industry but most notably is illustrated by the dact that Afrox (the largest LP gas supplier in Southern Africa) has identified Profill as their preferred and single supplier of new installations, maintenance and calibration of all Afrox fillinf scales in South Africa.

It is therefore Profill’s innovative design and manufacturing facility, dedicated team of well trained service technicians, commitment from overseas partners and commitment to customer service, which maintains profill’s reputation as being at the forefront of service provision in the weighing and filling industry.
