PROFILL SYSTEMS

Profill Systems is the South African agent for Bizerba weighing and slicing equipment. We also manufacture and service filling equipment, drum filling systems and gas cylinder filling machines for various industries in Southern Africa . Profill Systems integrates these systems into PC networks, for fast update of production information, via custom-written software or the Bizerba Communication Tool for Windows based systems. 

Profill Systems manufactures liquid filling systems for the automatic filling of a very diverse range of fluids. The products our liquid filling systems can handle include, but are not limited to:

• Lube oil, cooking oil, olive oil
• Fuel, ink, solvent, diesel, grease, racing fuel, paint thinners, Avgas, paraffin
• Paint, PVA, road marking, epoxy, resin, bitumen, isocyanite
• Water treatment chemicals
• Hazardous chemicals, phenol, acrylic acid, hydrogen peroxide etc. LPG gas, CO2 gas etc.

Profill Systems has two ranges of liquid filling machines:

• Profill machines for the high end user who requires a high degree of functionality, user friendliness and PC integration
• Econofill machines for the user who requires a hard working machine that is simple to use, is robust and fills accurately

Our filling system range caters for filling drums, vessels and intermediate bulk containers (IBC) from 4L to 2,000L and compliance for use in hazardous areas (Zone 1, 2, 11, 21 and 22) is available as standard on all filling equipment.

Profill Systems, through our fully trained SABS 0259 and SANAS laboratory accredited technicians, offers service of Bizerba weighing equipment systems, the Profill and Progas range of equipment throughout sub-Saharan Africa. 

Profill Systems also supplies a range of LPG gas cylinder filling machines. Progas machines are suitable for the filling of LPG gas cylinders from 4kg to 48kg. These machines offer technically advanced weighing systems with a high degree of accuracy and functionality. Progas machines are simple to integrate into a PC network via their Profibus interface system for use in Ex areas.
