Profill manufacture industrial weighing systems for most industrial applications, this includes vessel weighing systems, tanks and hoppers and platform or IBC systems which are used for batching into directly. Profill can provide simple of complex batch weighing systems using Bizerba weighing terminals or using Bizerba Win Cis batching, counting or specific application software to suit customer specific requirements. All systems can be equipped with bar code scanners to identify raw materials and produce bar coded labels for traceability.

Checkweighing and SPC systems

Bizerba produce high speed checkweighing systems weighing up to 400 packs/minute, it is possible to combine these systems with metal detectors, rejection or sorting by weight systems. It is possible to combine our checkweighing systems with Bizerba SPC system which is a complete SPC system used for checkweighing packages at high speed or one by one to accurately check the filling result of packs produced on filling machines and to provide the user with SPC data to determine the accuracy of the filling machines.

High speed weigh price labelling system

Bizerba is the world leader in the field of weigh price labelling, we are able to weigh packs and apply labels at high speed at rates up to 150 labels per minute, in addition the new GLMi machine is able to be equipped with up to 6 labelling heads which are able to label, top, side and bottom of packs.
Weigh price labellers are able to double as checkweighers with package rejection systems.

Logistics

Bizerba produce a wide range of logistics systems which are able to weigh and measure the volume of parcels and apply labels to virtually any position on the package by means of the robotised label applicator.
